Clark at Get Revamp interior design studio, the interior guru for all of the Slutty Vegans as well as many other resturants, reached out to discuss cutting an actual food truck in half. In effort to bring that WOW factor to the new Slutty Vegan Edgwood location, Clark was considering placing the food truck inside the shake bar. Based on the time and the budget, we recommended that we just make one from wood. He thought about it for a second, and having worked with Clark frequently, he said "Lets do it!"
